Thumbtack Front Desk Not Working/ Thumbtack Refuses to Provide Refunds

I have been a Thumbtack pro for over 10 years, paying Thumbtack well over $10,000 a year for leads. I've recently been using Thumbtack Front Desk, which has now- three times- failed to automatically respond to leads in under two minutes. Just today, Front Desk did not respond to a lead, so I had to manually respond in 1 hour and 28 minutes, which has drastically affected my response time, ranking, and likelihood of landing the job. Thumbtack has refused to refund these lead prices of nearly $90 each. As a result, I pay $60 a month to Thumbtack Front Desk addition to $270 in leads I didn't land because Thumbtack refuses to treat is professionals fairly and do its job. This is unacceptable.

Neither Front Desk nor Thumbtack as a whole has followed up regarding Front Desk's failure to do its job.

It seems like this has now been resolved with the Front Desk team/Support (I was out of office, but just followed up on my end), but let me know if you need any further help!

Thank you Dusti. Thumbtack reached out yesterday to offer me a partial refund and has said that they have fixed the Front Desk Service.
