Super Low Lead Volume. Anyone Else?

Hi,

Running an irrigation business in Houston. This time of the year is our busiest season, mostly all because of Thumbtack leads.

This years leads have floored. Only 5 in June vs 28 same time last year.

Anyone experienced anything similar. I havent changed my services, my account is in top pro status. I usually spend over $2,000 in leads. I want to keep on spending but leas have been radio silence.

Hoping to get some clarity.

weirdly enough this also started around the time Thumbtack increase lead prices and the new “free” leads on calls.

Hi @Carlos_Velasquez sorry for the delay, this post was lost and I only saw it on the backend this morning! Moved it to a new area so it is live again (not sure what happened!). I would recommend playing around with your Max Lead Prices even if just raising them slightly, to see if that increases lead volume. I did take a look and I can't see anything that looks off and your profile is great — 100+ five star reviews, a lot of great photos, quick response time, etc. all look amazing.

Thanks Dusty, I really appreciate that. Will increase the max lead budget and see if that does something.
