Fake leads

I got one guy on here that really likes to mess with my money gets me directly and then cancels either his account or the job but for some reason somehow this name and the same picture keep popping up in my leads and I reported it a couple times now cuz the number doesn't match the delete is fake and made up he's contacting from numerous towns around me including my town I just don't get it what's up with all these fake leads that you guys got is that your guys's scam to get rich off of people that are dying trying

Have you reported the customer within the app? Just want to confirm that's what you meant when you said you had reported it a couple of times? If you can give me the customer's name I can take a quick look.
