"Opportunities" weirdness

Greetings,
Anyone else out there notice that, when choosing either not to engage in "Targeted leads" or when you haven't paid the weekly bill yet(!), ONLY THEN do the "opportunities" start flooding in?!?
Also, for one week I went w/o targeting, and I got exactly "0" / NULL / ZERO / NADA views on my page, this after sending out like 20 "opportunities!"
Not to toot my own capacitor(!), but I have over 200 positive reviews for computer repair in N. GA; SOMETHING should have at least garnered a response(!).
...yet, when I have TARGETING ON(!), some opportunities pan out. Whaaa??

I cannot speak to what happens when you turn it on or off as I always have mine enabled. If the targeting works, then much like anything else, I would not mess with it.

Same feedback as @PomeranzLaw -
We typically keep targeting on and running endlessly (oftentimes update budget up/down depending on business needs) but we've found this to be the best way to connect with customers instead of direct opportunities.

Hi @COC_Ent_2013! Yes, I agree with @PomeranzLaw and @patrykkg: targeting should always be on if you wish to be considered first in line for leads. I actually have to turn mine off ("hide my business") when I am too busy. Hope that helps, and if you need more details, please let me know. 😎
