Here are the notes from this morning's sync. Short and sweet as I think most of us are eager to get to the holidays! Let us know if we missed anything, or comment with anything you'd like to add. Thank you all so much!

General feedback:

• Need more responses to the questions posted in the Community
• How to get beta group more engaged
• Links to posts not working from emails
  • Confusing when you click on links from emails, or when you are in a group page and trying to go back to the home page
• Could be helpful to have a “home page” tab
• Liked “water cooler” tab in old Community - people understand what you mean when they read that. A place where you could “gossip” with your colleagues in the virtual world.
• Need a few more pros to participate
• Jeffrey was on the call with us and couldn’t even figure out where his comment was to go look at it - navigation from home page to group page is too confusing
• Incentivize pros with something to participate
  • Gift card, credit, etc?
• More clearly define what we are doing here

Groups?

• Starting with Home, Events, and DMV area
  • Might leave some pros out?
• Group Leaders
  • What would incentivize you?
  • Some will be motivated by incentives for posting
  • Need clear guidelines - clarity will motivate me
  • ie be active this many times per week, comment this amount of times, etc.
• Community leaders vs group leaders
  • First of all, not super clear how the community in general works - what is the difference between the general Community and Groups?
  • Maybe put the blocks on the side or bottom and have the live feed first?
  • “Welcome to the community” video or post
  • Definitely do this
  • Could have a pro do the video
