Is Thumbtack having payment problems?

I get a message that a payment due. When I select pay my balance, make the payment, it shows the payment was successful. I've had this issue for a few weeks now and have been trying to make payments without any luck.

I've reached out to Thumbtack support and they said to login and follow the prompts. I'm not able to get any type of support.

Is there a support number I can call or anyone available that can actually assist?
