TT not working

I've noticed that when a previous (and confirmed) client goes into TT to message me, TT send their (old) Lead to Opportunities. This may also explain why some leads never respond (like my last 20 leads)

    Hi @bgood2021 Can you let me know the name of the customer to which you are referring? I would like to look into it. If a customer goes in and messages you, you are the only pro who gets that message and nothing should be happening with their old lead. I would love to get a little more info so I can help figure out what is happening.

    I also noticed that several of your recent leads have responded - are you referring to "opportunities" and not direct leads?

    I have the same issue. Opportunities NEVER even view my messages, and this could be why
