I’m a Personal Trainer and I continuously experience customers wasting my money with asking how much my services are? It is show 3x before they get to my profile. That is $31 that I’m charged, because they choose not to read. I also have issues with customers contacting me about information, and they’re not even ready to workout yet, and yet again, I’m eating another $31 in a day. I’ve been with Thumbtack about 6 years, and I feel like my fees have gone up tremendously, and Thumbtack works more for the client than us pros? Anyone else relate?
