Thumbtack in Canada?

Hello Everyone! I am new to Thumbtack! I offer proofreading & editing services via Full Proof Edit. I've looked around for this answer but can't find anything specific so asking here - is Thumbtack available as a service in Canada? If so, is there anything that a provider needs to do to show their availability to potential Canadian clients? Thanks for any help!
