Broken Calendar System

I am so frustrated with Thumbtack because their system is broken and they have even admitted to it but still deny my refunds on jobs I can't do. I am a photographer and work with people that need their shoots done on very specific dates for the most part. For years now the system has been broken because of 2 things. 1.). Their system defaults to picking the day of the lead followed by the next two days as their shoot date. 2.) Defaults to Allow pro to suggest other dates. If the client doesn't uncheck these boxes they become valid dates for the shoot. Then the client actually puts in the date (s) they can do the shoot. But because they didn't uncheck those other two boxes I get the lead, even though the date they wanted to do the shoot I had already blocked on my calendar as unavailable. So I have to pay for a lead that I am unable to do because I am already booked on the date that the client needs the shoot to be done for. TT used to refund those to me because they admitted the system was broken.

Now when I request a refund for these date issues I am denied the refund. Even when I call support they say no that' snot eligible for a refund. Even though I always reach out to the client and ask them if there is another date available. So if they do not return my message I don't get the refund.

This is completely outrageous!!!! Why I am paying for leads of jobs I can not do because TT won't fix their system. I have shut off my TT because I can't afford to keep paying for leads of jobs that I am not available.

Shame on you Thumbtack for not taking care of your pros!!!!!
