Is there a way to set an upper limit on price per lead?
I know we can set an overall budget for the week. But is there a way to set it so that we don't pay more than X dollars for a lead? I'm finding the pricing on some leads to be really out of balance compared with the value. For a recent lead I was charged $24.22. This was for a job that is worth $200, and was also sent to 3 other pros. And it's for a job where the lead indicated they want it scheduled 3 months from now.
So, a job I have a 25% chance of getting, and which has a high likelihood of just getting cancelled since it's for 3 months from now, I was charged $24.22 or roughly 12% of the job's worth - and that's assuming it doesn't get cancelled. 99% of the jobs I do all get scheduled within a week or so of being contacted on thumbtack.
So from my point of view, the value of this lead is next to zero.
Ideally I'd like to be able to say I don't want to pay more than a certain percent of the value of the job. Maybe even based on how many other pro's were contacted by the lead.

Great idea! Happy to report that there is currently something like this being worked on, so that you can have more control over what you spend - so keep watch for more info about it. Thanks!
