Issues with leads and refunds

For one these leads are getting very expensive. Customers don’t respond and then thumbtack still wants you to pay $80-$100 for dead leads. I’m starting to wonder if these are real customers. When you dispute a charge thumbtack automatically denies it saying it was an exact match. Customer service isn’t much of a help with these issues. At least in the past, Thumbtack would refund when customers wouldn’t respond. Now it’s about them making a bunch of money without helping the pros. It’s getting to the point where it isn’t worth it to be on here.
