How do you access thumbtack concierge?

This feature keeps getting marketed to me as a platinum service provider, but I have yet to see how to actually use it. Is there a specific hidden location that I am not seeing?

    I'm a Platinum Photog and had no idea there was a concierge for us.

    All - as a pro with platinum status you are automatically routed to this team when you call Support - so there is nothing you need to do on your end to "access" this reward. However, you can always also reach out here and I can connect you with a team member :) And, watch for more to come on this topic in 2023!
