We’re excited to announce that St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is once again the recipient of this year’s annual virtual Holiday Giveback. They’ll receive $10,000 from Thumbtack to help them in their mission — to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of their founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.. Learn more about St. Jude here.

We’d also like to thank you for taking part in our annual Holiday Giveback event. Pros like you already give so much to your communities, and we’re grateful for your participation in helping us give back even more. The winners of our 5 raffle prizes will be notified via email.

From all of us in the Community, we wish you the happiest of holidays and a happy, successful 2023 ahead.

  • Just an idea but I think it would be awesome if thumbtack would let a few local thumbtack contractors go to different St Jude locations across the country to present them with one of those big checks . Using local contractors would make it feel like a kind of hometown experience when hiring and not rolling the dice on a random internet person. It would be some great press for Thumbtack. Any news station would gladly put it on their evening news. There is still ALOT of homeowners that have no idea what thumbtack is. Also it would reach the older generation homeowners who aren’t online. I ask every customer if they have ever used thumbtack for anything in the past and 95% tell me it’s their first time using it they heard about it from a friend and figured they would try it out. Just my 2 cents. I love thumbtack and what it’s done for my business Other than repeat customers I now base my entire business off thumbtack.

Thanks for all you guys do
