Another Denial of a refund request, similar issue as many other (refunded) requests

I repair computers. This customer contacted me with a request for a "computer repair" and list his computer as a "PC desktop," but then says that his issue instead is with his monitor.
A monitor is not a computer. One would not go to a tire repair / sales shop and request they fix a crack in the car's windshield, or redo the leather on the seats.
My request for a reapportionment of the funds (from spent to in holding on ttack - not really a "refund") was DENIED. Why?

Under the preferences for computer repair, where you can choose what type of jobs you would like to accept, you can choose to work on desktops and/or laptops, and you can choose to repair cracked screens. There is no way to differentiate that you only do laptop screens, or in my case that you specifically don’t do **pc desktop screen repairs.**
Apple computers and PC computers obviously come in laptops, and they have screens that can be repaired. Apple computers and PC computers also come in desktops, and that’s where a key difference lies.
Over 90% of Apple desktops are all in one desktops (iMacs), the computer is contained within the housing that includes the screen.
a far smaller percentage of PC laptops are all in ones. Most are CPUs that use Computer Monitors. and here is where a problem presents itself, when PC users damage their monitor screens.
The computer monitor is more like a flatscreen television than anything; it is certainly not a computer. However under the ttack system, pros like myself often get request to fix these devices, but as they are not computers, and more like flat screen televisions, it is a different skills. But I am unable to designate in the preferences that I do not do pc desktop cracked or damaged screens. It’s an all or nothing proposition.
Under the current set up their preferences, I can either elect to work on crack or damage screens for any type of computer, apple or pc, or not at all. I cannot choose to NOT do desktops “screens” (computer monitors) and still do pc laptops w damaged screens, and any type of apple computer w damaged screens.
This had led to many people contacting me with computer monitors to be repaired, which I do not do, that has led to many instances, about once a month, of a targeted lead for which I have to request a refund, because the customer uses “computer repair” to try to get his computer monitor fixed!
What I need is the ability to indicate that I fix cracked or damage screens, but only for:
-mac laptop
-mac desktops, and
- pc laptops, thereby excluding any PC desktop screen repair, which nine times out of 10 are actually computer monitors
- Or -
there needs to be a separate preference option that indicates that you fix computer monitors.
Thank you.
