Instant bookings

I’ve had several people instant book me recently. The customers canceled but I don’t get refunded. I even submitted a refund request and got the automated response that it didn’t qualify for a refund. One of the ladies wanted an estimate on a full bathroom remodel but instant booked me for plumbing. She canceled but no refund. The same lady sent a second request the same day for something similar. I believe she cost me around $80 for no reason. I don’t mind paying money for leads but when I pay extra for instant booking and get canceled on i expect a refund.

@DanielGoodpaster I would recommend reaching out to Support@thumbtack.com about those ones and include any documentation you might have (like screenshots of messages where the customer is requesting a different service than their initial request).
