Wait time for customer service?

Hey, curious what's the longest anyone here has had to wait for a customer service response in text.

I'm already going to say that, despite my platinum status, i have zero faith that I can get a person on the phone.

Text is usually 2-3 days to answer my question, and typically signs off in 90 seconds

chat seems to be the best in terms of a live agent.

frustrating in the extreme.because right now I'm about 7 hours waiting for a live agent.

fully expect it to happen during a zoom call I have scheduled tomorrow
