No new leads for weeks

I can see other people are having the same issue. Has anyone found a solution? I used to get lots of leads and really like Thumbtack for my business. Is there a system problem? I tried calling the help desk but I cannot get an actual person, I just get referred to text message service.

Any help would be appreciated.
