Has anyone ever successfully gotten a refund for a lead with an incorrect phone number?

What criteria does Thumbtack consider when refunding a lead that had an incorrect phone number attached? It seems like it's impossible for a pro to prove that a phone number is invalid... in which case, why does that refund category even exist on the refund request form?

@GoodQuestionTutoring this is something that is being improved currently. There is a system that validates that a phone number is real, but it doesn't validate if it belongs to the customer. So, if you receive an obviously fake number (like 123-456-7890 or 555-333-6666 for example), or a number that is no longer in service it would be refunded. I believe the team is working on ways to verify that the phone actually belongs to the customer, too. I will update here when there are any updates to share!
