I am not getting any Leads on my Profile--Please Help!

I am a professional Organizer and new to thumbtack, I have completed my profile and have some reviews. I haven't gotten any leads at all. I am just reaching out to see if there is anything that I am missing on my profile. Maybe that Is the reason for me for getting any leads.

Hi @Organizer1_ thanks for posting! First of all, your profile looks great and you are off to a really good start. I would look at a few things:

• Take a look at your Max Lead Pricing and try moving it up even a little bit - I have heard that can help (as this is a factor in ranking).
• Get more reviews - you can have up to 10 reviews from clients outside Thumbtack and I would recommend getting all 10 if possible. It is statistically proven that when you have 5+ reviews you are much more likely to get hired. If you check your insights page it looks like pros in your area/industry have an average of 18 reviews.
• Add more photos and include before & after so people can see the real impact of what you do.

And to all of the other pro organizers that were tagged...I would love to see how we can create our own mini group to discuss the trials and tribulations we experience in our industry and how we can possibly help each other with referrals through Thumbtack. I am part of a lot of different groups online but after talking with several home organizers and move management specialists in CA (I'm expanding my business to get more leads here as I am spending more and more time here) it is obvious that many of us feel like we need to help create a better referral network for jobs we may not be able to do.
