Automatic Refund on cancel booking

For the past 2 months I got a couple cancel booking and I get the same messages every time stating that I will be getting a refund automatically so far I have not getting any of those refunds. I’m pretty sure I have over $150 worth of refunds that I never get can someone help me with that on why refund have not been issues on cancel booking
