I am looking for support of any kind through this company. What happened to the support and how can this be fixed. If there is a problem that requires a dispute with a member of thumbtacks staff then where do I turn. I have had issues with this app and now I cannot talk to someone. This is major concern and I would like an answer on behalf of all service pros and customers. How will customers respond or trust anyone if there is no support? I need someone from this company to reach out to me because it is impossible to reach out to anyone from my end.
