New Pro-Stopped getting leads

I am a pretty new PRO on Thumbtack - initially I received a few leads right away. I have not received any in over 5 days. Nothing has changed on my profile except that I got more reviews. Please advise. Thank you. Dana

Hi @Dana_30 and welcome! I am not seeing anything unusual in your profile/account, but I would recommend contacting support to see if they can find anything, since they will know more than I do!

That's because Thumbtack is set up to where you have to spend A TON OF MONEY in order to be "Competitive" which Competitive means, you are paying to RANK higher.

I don’t budget money every week anymore. I slowly gathered some clients, I wait for them to pay me so I’m not continually just putting out hundreds of dollars to get leads that pick you and then don’t reply. Eventually it will even out. I can gather clients elsewhere without the insane lead costs.

Can you get a refund if somebody picks you you write them an opening contact, and they never reply.?
