Especially issues dealing with getting refunds for bogus or misrepresented leads...

  • Following. I just paid $100 for 2 leads on the video editing category, both of which had clients who thought it was a category for videography (actual filming). I've had a ton of customers say the same thing, which shows that somewhere there's a misunderstanding with how Thumbtack is showing the video editing category to people. That disconnect results in people clicking the wrong category, and us getting charged for nothing. Submitted a dispute, and Thumbtack won't even refund us a credit on the system. They just take the money.
