$25 for a $125 jobs? Need to know if a lead is a one time customer or potential repeat customer

Is there any way to find out how TT is classifying these leads? I'm a real estate photographer. So if a lead is a realtor and it leads to repeat work, which is often does, I can see the value in paying more. But I just had a lead come up that kinda sounded like it was just a home owner, which is basically a one time job. And I paid $25 for a lead for a $125 job, and had to compete with 3 other pros as well. And not only that, but it was a 100 miles away.
TT REALLY needs to implement some sort of job value that scales with distance. I don't want to just say I'm never going to drive 100 miles because if the job is big enough, I will. But $125 (minus the 25 i paid to thumbtack for it) basically means I'm doing the job for free and the $100 just covers the driving.
