How can I archive a message with no option to archive?

@BeckieH_17 I'm wondering if maybe it's because you never responded to this particular lead? Have you tried clicking the "can't do" or "reply" button and then seeing if you can archive it? (You could reply and just let them know that although they didn't hire you back then, you are available for any services they might need now, or something like that!)
