I am new to Thumbtack and I have been getting leads that just won't work with me due to many reasons out of my control. I did get all refunds besides 1 and I don't feel like I should be charged for it. Also one more big thing, why doesn't the money go back to my credit card? I feel like if I no longer want to work with thumbtack then I want my money back.

@Harisb123 I am so sorry I didn't see this post earlier! First, you can find info about requesting a refund to your original form of payment in this article. But second, can I ask why the other leads didn't work? Is there anything I can help with as far as preferences/settings that might help with getting more accurate leads?
