"Suspicious Leads" are not creditited?

I received a bizarre request from a User who asked a "handyman" to repair a commercial compressed air system in his "living room" on January 2nd.
I'm in Pennsylvania. The original inquiry was from a Georgia number, which I called immediately after sending a reply via the TT app. It went to VM. I received a text message from a VOIP area code in Miami that's known as Florida's most prolific scam call area code.
He asked me to go to an industrial complex that has 24 hour maintenance staffing. (I know this because I used to work for a company that routinely interacted with these locations under five year-long evergreen "auto-renew" contracts) There is no reason anyone in that complex should ever make an independent request, let alone on Thumbtack.
This was fishy, I submitted a refund request. Of course, the wheel of denial spun and the refund was refused.
A few weeks later, same "person" submitted a request to another area that is known for having a lot of mega warehouses.
I submitted a refund request for that too referencing the first inquiry. Also denied.
Today, I happen to notice that thumbtack "removed this because it was suspicious".
So I checked all my receipts over the last several weeks and I see no credits or refunds for these suspicious inquiries, which I told Thumbtack were suspicious.
I guess I need to go through all the messages to compare how much money I've spent on inquiries that Thumbtack eventually agrees are "suspicious".

@DerHilfer_LLC did you also report these leads?

Also, if you want to let me know what the names were of these leads I can look into them too.

I don't recall if I reported them as suspicious. I may have. It's been over a month for the first one, so I can't say for certain.
The name is "Steve White" and 1/2/2025 was Carlisle, the 1/27 Etters. As a former service provider to the warehousing industry, I've probably been in half the warehouses in these towns and all of the complexes sometime between 2014-2023, so the street name rang a bell when I read it.
Refund requests were submitted January 6th and February 1st respectively.

If you haven't already, I would recommend reporting them as well. I will look on my end and see as well. Thanks!

Attempted to report as a scam. I get a 403 error, which in geek speak means "forbidden".
I just happened to see a "Customer never planned to hire anyone" option under "report".
Sadly, this applies to a very large number of the inquiries I receive. This should be an option under "request a refund", not under "report".

Out of curiosity, I tried reporting a "never intended to hire" lead.
I get this error, a 400. In geek, this means "Bad Request".

I would definitely recommend sending these errors/screenshots to support@thumbtack.com - not sure why that is happening. Would also recommend maybe deleting and reinstalling the app and all of the usual troubleshooting steps to see if that helps.

User reports are only broken from the website, not the app. I will send it to the support email.
I reported an inquiry as a "Handyman" for electronics diagnostics and repair of on an assent trainer (looks like an elliptical machine)
Thumbtack blamed me because Thumbtack's user selected a handyman to do electronics repair. Stay classy!

Reporting system is now broken in the app too.

Follow up on the send to support@thumbtack.com.
This results in an auto-reply telling me to submit a form,
And a link to report suspicious activity here:
And that's precisely what I have tried.
