Thumbtack Needs To Fix The Way They Operate Or They’ll Lose Some Good Pros Soon! I Spent $1393 Got Some Bs Leads Maybe Got 2 Jobs From All That But I'm Paying 40-$50 For Some Leads It’s Insane

    Totally understand what you are saying and teams are working on how to better educate customers and get them to the right pro for their job, as well as understanding how to increase customer commitment.

    Quick reminder that Thumbtack isn't "sending the lead" to a certain number of professionals. Customers are choosing who to reach out to and many will choose to get multiple bids for the work they need done. There is a limit on the number of pros a customer can reach out to within a certain time frame (but some may reach out to more following that time if they have not heard back or want to get more options). I know this doesn't address your concern of lead prices vs number of pros, but just wanted to clarify.
