Why did thumbtack cancel a request and didn't refund the money paid for the lead?

  @BootsOnEnterprises can you let me know what the customer's first name was so I can look into it? I tried scanning through, but didn't see any canceled jobs.

  It looks like that lead has been refunded (I think it was spam and that can take a day or two).
