Why am I getting charged for leads outside of my service area?

It's almost like you want me to call the FTC and file a complaint.

@structuralguy65 Please request a refund for leads that are outside your preferences. If you want to send me the names of the customers that were outside your area I'd love to take a look and send to the team as well to see what is happening, as you should not be getting matched with folks outside your area.

@DustiO Hi, I requested a refund, but got denied. The customer was looking for something in Delaware! I'm only licensed for work in New Jersey! His first name was Yasel.

Hi @connect , If the lead was outside the service area or targeting preferences you've set on your account, I'd recommend submitting a refund request if you haven't already so the internal team could review it.
