I can only see the customer's original notes on their request in the app version and not the desktop version. Why?

    Thanks for bringing this up @edboricua. If you're able to see the customer's original notes in the app but not on the desktop version for the same request, we'd like to take a closer look.

    Could you send me a DM with screenshots of what you're seeing in the app and on desktop for the same request? That will help us investigate whether this is a display issue. Thanks!
