Hi, my name is Amy! I own a small tutoring business called Nash Learning Co.

I started my business 3 years ago after teaching first grade for 8 years. It's been really fun to learn and grow.

    One small change that made a big difference for us was making our first response to customers clearer and easier to answer.

    For cleaning services, customers often want a price quickly, but the right quote depends on the details. So instead of sending a general reply, we try to confirm the service and ask a few important questions right away: number of bedrooms and bathrooms, type of cleaning, home condition, pets, preferred date, and whether they need one-time or recurring service.

    That simple change helps the customer feel heard, and it helps us avoid guessing.

    A clear first message saves time, reduces confusion, and usually leads to a better experience for both the customer and the pro.
