Limit the number of Pros customers can contact per job

I would like to suggest limiting how many Pros a customer can contact for the same job. Right now, customers can sometimes reach out to 7–8 Pros at once. When that happens, the chance of actually getting the job becomes very small for each Pro, even though Pros may still be paying for the lead.

I think a fair limit would be around 4–5 Pros per job. That would still give customers enough options to compare, while giving each Pro a more reasonable chance of winning the job.

I believe this would make leads feel more valuable and fair for Pros, and it could also improve the overall experience on Thumbtack.
