How to geta written or verbal reply from thumbtack: no active chat or phone # in the "Contact" link at the bottom of the website. Clicking the "Contact" link only leads to a place to seek general question answers.

Yes. My question: How do I know when the printer tech I selected will be coming? I've gotten NO confirmation/communication from Thumbtack re: the in-home repair appt. during the week of 8/12-16/2024. When will I get a confirmation? From whom will the confirmation come: Thumbtack or the Tech? IF no response from either, how to cancel my request?
Note: I've only gotten a Thumbtack text that contains "cookies" re: service providers in your area. 🤨

@SDCB Since this community space is for Thumbtack pros and I am not as knowledgeable on the customer side, but I was able to look into your account and it looks like the pro you contacted hasn't seen the request yet. If you log into your Thumbtack account you'll see the project - you can click on it and you'll see a "cancel project" button, or you can leave it open and wait to see if they get back to you. You could also try canceling the project and starting over to see if you find any other pros, as it looks like we have several pros in your area that offer this service. Sorry I don't have any more advice! Let me know if you're able to find someone!
