Leads charged but client never responded
i have had so many leads that clients never respond to . Its not right to be charged for a lead i cant even bid .

This is actually something a lot of pros in the community have experienced at some point. When a customer reaches out, it does count as a lead because they’ve shown interest, but it does not always guarantee a response afterward. That is definitely one of the harder parts of working with leads in general.
