I never recieved any swag???

Hi @Markanthony_Gonzalez! Our one year anniversary swag is part of Thumbtack Pro Rewards, which is just barely one year old - so anyone who celebrated that milestone before then would not have received it (since the program didn't exist). However, two things — there are monthly opportunities for swag when you enter our Community contests (and there typically aren't very many entries, so your chances are great), and we are also working on a new reward for 2023 that celebrates our more tenured pros, so watch for that! We also sometimes do some surprise swag sends to people who attend our CommuniTEA meetings as well! Hope this helps!

I called support and had them submit a request to send us some swag. Haven't heard anything back yet but I'm sure good things come to those that wait and have been a platinum top pro for 5-6 years straight (I would think anyway) :)
