Lead Cost

I'm new to Thumbtack and I've set my Max leads for each service, but I'm getting charged double what my maximum is. I don't understand why. Can anyone help? They say Exact Match. This is extra frustrating because none of the leads have even followed through.

Hello @drmeliakeller, check that your max lead price was for each reach out and not for the entire month budget? I have never had that happen to me, but could be a glitch on their system.
Another thing I notice, about 10% of the people actually respond through the app. I always text, then a quick call shortly after as not everyones number is a cell number.

I would be careful, I had this issue too. Now I am facing fake customers, and support refuses to help. These leads keep eating into my budget and refunds are not allowed for them.
